Tell me about All Incidents.

All Incidents reporting system allows all ministries in your church to quickly enter incidents, track them, and assign them to the right people. Since it is a web based system, incident reports can be written anywhere there is a computer, tablet, smart phone, or any device with internet access. You can also upload pictures and documents related to any incident.

What is an incident?

Incidents can range from disturbances in the parking lot to a lost child at Sunday school. Here is a general list of items we list as incidents:

Example of a chuch injury
  • Disturbance
  • Injury/Medical/Accident
  • Property Damage
  • Lost/Found Child
  • Child Behavior/Episode
  • Conflict with Parent
  • Theft
  • Criminal Activity

Your church can have a narrow or broad requirement to document an incident based on the needs of your church.

Why use All Incidents?

All Incidents started when a team of people in data management, children’s ministry and security realized that churches did not have a quick and easy way to document and track incidents happening at church or during church events. Thus, All Incidents was developed to address all types of incidents – safety, security, children’s ministry, outreach events, missions… anything that needs to be tracked and reviewed related to church staff, congregants and events.

Why Incident Reporting at Church?

Churches are locations that are designed to serve others and share the love of God. Information reported after an incident is valuable in recognizing and preventing the re-occurrence of similar incidents. The proper documentation and review of incidents allows for a safer worship environment for everyone.  Churches are also not exempt from law suits. Proper documentation of incident can help resolve disputes. Incident reporting at churches also allows the staff/pastors to follow-up with the people involved – this is where real ministry happens.

How do I Report an Incident?

Once your church has an account with All Incidents, simply type the web address that has been reserved for your church (example: www.allincidents.com/mychurch) and complete the online form. Once complete, it will automatically route to the pre-designated people or ministries within your church for review. Click Here for more information.

Let’s Network!

We are meticulous about tracking information, especially injury related and children’s ministry related, so we can share our findings with all of the churches in our network and distribute information about best practices.

Speaking of networking and best practices, we will be sharing information about what we’ve discovered at the National Church Safety and Security Conference in San Diego June 2017.
